I purchased new tires the end of last year at another Town Fair Tire. One of my tires got a nail in it. I had a plug put in at the same location. 1 month later my tire was loosing air. I made another appointment at the same location to get it looked at. Last minute I decided to go to a closer location and called the day before a holiday. I spoke with the Garrett, the manager. Although they were extremely busy he told me he could look at my tire within a half hour. He then proceeded to tell me the original plug was loosing air and he felt it would not be a great idea to replace it with another one for safety reasons so he gave me a new tire. I was very happy with the outcome. I felt Garrett was honest . Great customer service! I give Garrett 5 stars! Thank you

The guys at this shop are amazing! One of the cars in our rental fleet had an emergency and Paul took care of us even though we arrived 5 mins before closing, the day before a holiday. They changed all 4 tires and got the car back on the road. We really appreciate their patience and great service!

I called Ed the assistant Manager on 07/03/26 with a tire issue at 5:40pm. He said if I was nearby he would take care of me asap. I happened to be nearby and got new tires before they closed at 6pm.
